The 2018 ECB Forum on Central Banking explored the behaviour of prices and wages in advanced economies, both from a macro- and a microeconomic perspective. Changes in their behaviour are currently at the core of monetary policy debates globally. The discussion benefited from a variety of viewpoints coming from academics, policymakers and financial market participants.
