New launch date for the Single Collateral Management Rulebook for Europe

The implementation of the Single Collateral Management Rulebook for Europe (SCoRE) Standards has been postponed from November 2022 to November 2023, following the earlier decision to reschedule the launch of the Eurosystem Collateral Management System which will now take place one year later in November 2023.

The Advisory Group on Market Infrastructures for Securities and Collateral (AMI-SeCo) took the decision in order to address market participants’ concerns about preserving efficiency in preparations and allowing time for adaptations under the current difficult circumstances caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

AMI-SeCo will continue to work on the SCoRE Standards and interim milestones will be defined so that implementation efforts can continue smoothly.
